Throat: Dryness of throat; sticking (বিদ্ধ)
on swallowing, a short of scraping (sharp object) and constricted (narrower). Stomach full,
and sensitive to pressure. Tough mucus in larynx and trachea, loosened
only after much hawking; worse coming into warm room.
Stomach:Ravenous hunger, loss of taste. Thirst excessive (Iod.,
Chin.) and drink much at once. Stomach
distended (swell), with vomiting after eating. Cutting as with knives in
epigastric region. Worse, warm drinks, which are vomited, although the patient himself wants to lie in
a cool room.

alba is one of the polychrest remedies of the homeopathic materia medica.
Every medicine has a sphere (বিভিন্ন) of action. The Bryonia patient is
irritable; has vertigo from raising the head, pressive headache; dry, parched
lips, mouth; excessive thirst, bitter taste, sensitive epigastrium, and feeling
of a stone in the stomach; stools large, dry, hard; dry cough; rheumatic pains
and swellings; dropsical effusions into synovial and serous membranes. Children
dislike to be carried or raised. Physical
weakness, all-pervading apathy. Complaints apt to develop slowly. So, Bryonia Alba homeopathic uses many problems. In this
video I try to show Bryonia patient ears,eyes and mouth.
Ears: Aural
vertigo. Intolerance of noise. Ringing ; roaring ; buzzing humming in the
ears. Swelling, redness, painful sensitiveness and heat of external right.
Eyes: Very sensitive, pressing
pain in left eyeball,
crushing, aching pain that the patient cannot bear to have them touched.
Glaucoma. Sore to touch and when moving them. Severe burning and lachrymation of right eye.
Mouth: Lips parched (শুষ্ক),
swollen, black, lips and mouth very
dry, cracked. Dryness of mouth, tongue, and throat,
with excessive thirst and only momentarily relieved by drinking.Offensive smell from
mouth, with hawking of offensive. Tongue coated
yellowish, dark brown; heavily white in gastric derangement. Bitter taste.
Burning in lower lip in old smokers.
Rhus tox has a sensitivity that makes him very irritable. Rhus tox symptomatology on all three levels--mental, emotional and physical. Rhus tox’s character is a picture of anxiety and restlessness, they are unable to relax. Today I show about Rhustox mouth, throat and stomach. Mouth: Rhustox mouth is dry, with much thirst. It’s teeth feel loose and long; gums sore and tongue red and cracked; coated, except red triangular space at the tip; dry and red at edges.
Throat: Sore, feels stiff, with swollen glands. Tonsil (right) covered with yellow membrane. Inability to swallow drink. Sticking pain on swallowing and yawning. Mumps.
Stomach: Want of appetite for any kind of food, with unquenchable thirst. Bitter taste (Cupr). Nausea, vertigo, and bloated abdomen after eating. Desire for milk. Burning, great thirst, with dry mouth and throat. Fulness or heaviness, as from a stone in stomach. Stinging or pulsation in pit of stomach.

Mind: Fretfulness ; with uneasiness and irresolution ; he went by himself and almost weeping,
wished to die. Dissatisfied ; hates his fellow-beings. Sticking Pain.
Ear: Inflammation
of the ear, with deafness, from getting cold, as from having the hair cut.
Head: Tearing pain in
the head and eye. When walking and standing vertigo; the tears are acrid.
Mouth :Dryness of mouth
during awakening; D. Taste of the palate, thirsty, bad the humiliating breath.
Knee:
Stiffness ; when walking ; in left K. and ankle when walking.
Sexual Organs Male: Swelling of penis and the
urethra seems swollen, he must press in order to urinate and the stream is very
thin. Increased sexual
desire but the urethra is almost closed. Emissions at night ;
without dreams of bloody or watery semen.
Sexual Organs Female: Menstruation too early and too profuse ; the blood is bright
red ; absence of vital heat. Profuse leucorrhœa ; pale face ;
copious urination, even at night.
Sleep: Sleeplessness till midnight; with inclination to lie down,
anxiety and sickness. Frequent
waking and inability to sleep for some time.Restless sleep, with confused dreams.
Skin: Itching with anxiety; worse, scratching
and warmth of bed. Ledum Pal should be thought of for negative local effects
from vaccinations.
Stool:
Stool pasty ; faecal diarrhoea, with mucus ; hard, scanty,
delayed ; mixed with blood ; retained. Constipation. Stitches in
rectum.
Urinary Organs: Urging ; constant ; all
day, not at night ; frequent, with scanty discharge ; frequent all
day, but no increase of urine. Burning in urethra after urinating.
Chill, Fever and Sweat: Burning in hands and feet in the evening. Night-sweats putrid or sour,
with inclination to uncover ; itching.
Aggravation and Amelioration: Aggravation during the day when sitting ; during
rest; pressure; wet weather (Dulc., Rhus t.) ;
of pains by wind and cold air; on left side. The patient is extremely chilly or
cold to the touch. This patient wants to be uncovered but cannot bear to be
covered, feels ameliorated from cold application, or even desires to put his
feet in ice cold water.

Tincture:Ledum Palustre tincture of
dried small twigs and leaves collected after flowering begins. Tincture of
whole fresh plant.
Generalities:Ledum
is a remedy for the surgeon, and is closely associated in traumatism with Arnica and Hypericum.The
symptoms very much resemble such as follow certain kinds of injury, for
instance an injury from stepping on tacks, from puncturing with needles, wounds
that bleed scantily but are followed by pain, puffiness and coldness of the
part. It has been found useful for stings of insects, especially
mosquitoes. Tetanus with twitching of muscles near wound.
Mind: Desire for solitude. After
nightmare, fears to go to sleep, lest she die. Inclined to be out of humor and
angry ; vehement. Dissatisfied ; hates his fellow-beings.
Head: Vertigo when walking, vertigo in sinciput, vertigo: the head tends to sink
backwards. [Hrr.]. ► Pressure in left side of vertex, on left
side of head, with heaviness of head. Lachrymation of the eyes (without
inflammation of the sclerotic); the tears are acrid.
Eyes: Aching in eyes. Pain behind ball as if it
would be forced out. Tearing in bone above left eye. Nightly
agglutination acrid lachrymation of eyes, with inflammation or pain, and make
the lower lids and cheeks sore. Vision weak.
Face: Pimples and blood boils on the
foreheadand cheeks; stinging when touched. Crusty eruption around nose
and mouth in left side. Pressure in right zygoma. Pustule on margin of upper
lip, with burning itching, agg. scratching. Pressure inward on left lower jaw.
Mouth: Drawing pain in lower incisors,
with coldness. Dryness of mouth on waking. Sudden running out of water, with colic, waterbrash. Breath
offensive. Taste bitter.
Respiratory Organs: Scraping in
larynx, with tickling and short dry cough. Pressure on sides of larynx. Hoarse,
raw scraping feeling in trachea. Crawling in trachea, with rapid, impeded
respiration. Cough only at night or in morning, with purulent expectoration. Violent cough, with expectoration of bright
red blood. Cough without expectoration. Tracheal asthma. Dyspnœa when
sitting ; D. on ascending steps ; D., with rapid breathing as from
constriction of chest, with pain in sternum. Breathing painful, impeded. Heavy breathing on waking.
Inspiration spasmodic, double, with sobbing. Cannot get the breath all day. On
coughing loss of breath as if she would suffocate. Oppressive constriction of
chest.
Rectum: Stitches in rectum. Anal fissures. Hæmorrhoidal pain.
Stool pasty ; fæcal diarrhœa, with mucus ; hard, scanty,
delayed ; mixed with blood ; retained. Constipation; the stool is
mixed up with blood.
Extremities: The Gouty pains of Ledum
shoot all through the foot and limb, and in joints, but especially small
joints. Rheumatism begins in lower limbs and ascends (Kalmia opposite).
Ankles swollen. Soles painful. Swollen, hot, pale. Throbbing in right
shoulder. Pressure in shoulder, worse motion and warmth of bed at night; better from cold applications with copious pale urine. Even the pains
and swelling go upwards and the heart becomes affected.Trembling of knees (and hands) when sitting
and walking.
Fever: Coldness, want of animal heat. Sensation
as of cold water over parts; general coldness with heat of face. General
coldness, with heat and redness of the face. Burning in hands and feet in the
evening.Heat in bed; on walking, with sweat on forehead ; without
thirst.
Skin: Acne on forehead, sticking pain
therein. Eczema (facial). Itching of feet and ankles; worse, scratching and
warmth of bed. Long discoloration after injuries. Carbuncles. Dry skin, want of perspiration. Punctured
wounds ; stings of insects especially of mosquitœs. Itching rash on wrist.
Painful red, moist place above anus, with biting, sore itching when sitting and
walking. Chickenpox on chest and arms, which desquamates after five days.
Modalities: Better from cold,
putting feet in cold water. Worse at night, and from heat of
bed.
Relationship: Compare of Ledum: Ledum
antidotes spider poisons. Arnica, Bellis, Ham, Ruta.
Dose: Third to thirtieth potency. The
dose, in cases of disease for which ledum is homoeopathically adapted.
