NOSE: Anacardium Orientale patient
smell is like pigeon or chicken dung, especially when smelling his
clothes or his body. Coryza- frequent sneezing ; in evening.
Face: Pale face, with blue rings around eyes. Swelling, beginning at the eyes. Squeezing in middle of cheeks.

Mouth: Anacardium Orientale patient tongue is white and rough like a grater,
feels swollen and difficulty in speaking certain words, as if tongue
were too heavy, painful vesicles fetid (smelling unpleasant) odor.
Stomach. Anacardium Orientale patient is weak digestion, with fullness and
distention. Empty feeling in stomach. Eructation, nausea, vomiting.
Eating relieves the Anacardium dyspepsia. All Symptoms disappear during
dinner. Thirst ; after eating ; constant thirst.

Rectum: Rectum seems powerless, first soft, then hard stool, even soft stool passes with
difficulty. Itching at anus; moisture from rectum.
Male: Voluptuous itching on scrotum. Violent sexual desire. Seminal emissions without
dreams. Prostatic discharge during stool. Cutting pain along the penis.
Female: Scanty menses. Anacardium Orientale patient has leucorrhoea, with soreness and itching.

Heart & Respiratory: Pressure in chest, as from a dull plug. Stitches
piercing in heart region. Palpitation, with weak memory. Oppression of
chest, with internal heat and anxiety. Beating in the blood-vessels.
Cough after eating with vomiting of food and pain in occiput. Pulse
generally accelerated.

Neck and Back: Dull intermittent pressure in the shoulders, as from a weight. Stiffness at nape of neck.

Extremities: Neuralgia in thumb. Knees feel paralyzed. Warts on palms of hands. Fingers swollen with vesicular eruption.

Sleep: Sleeplessness from restlessness for several nights. Anxious dreams; of fire ; of dead bodies.
Modalities: Worse, on application of hot water. Better, from eating.
